We conduct the registration of your personal data with the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you. When the personal data is collected through our website we ensure that it always happens when you give your expressive consent. This way you are informed in detail about which data that is being collected and why.

The information will not be shared by a third party. No sensitive personal data is registered.

When you are registered at FELIUS Design it is always within your right to oppose the registration and it is your right to have insight in which information that is registered about you. The listed sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from www.felius.dk. The terms apply in all instances were there has been made no other written agreement between you as buyer and www.felius.dk.

Documentation and guidance:

If there is a product description and instruction on how to use the product they are included in the delivery from FELIUS Design.

Delivery time and transport:

The delivery of products from FELIUS Design happens the moment the customer receives the package.

The shipment of the products take place through Post Danmark. Estimated delivery 1-3 days. The risks regarding products purchased by FELIUS Design is transferred to you as consumer at the time of the delivery.

Complaints regarding a delivery from FELIUS Design must be relayed within a reasonable amount of time after you discover the defect. It is your duty to indicate and show the defect. If you discover an error in your product you must quickly contact FELIUS Design.

Price and payment:

You can order your products online and pay with Visa/Dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. All prices on www.felius.dk is shown in Danish currency DKK incl. VAT. The payment will not be withdrawn until the product is shipped.

Right of complaint:

As a consumer you have a two-year right of complaint from the moment you receive your product. You must however relay your complaint within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered the defect. The right of complaint means that you can complain about eventual defects in your product in a period of two years after you received the product. The right of complaint is revoked if the defect is caused by the buyer. An example of this could be faulty handling of the product or if the buyer failed to correct a product defect by themselves. Right of cancelation:

According to the consumer protection regulations you must create a written statement that you invoke your right of cancelation within 14 days after you have received the product.

The cancelation can happen by contacting FELIUS Design via e-mail: info@felius.dk

From the day that you have declared your cancelation you have 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must not be broken. If the requirements listed above are not met there will be made an evaluation if the product has lost value. If this is the case, the lost value will be redacted from the return price.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
